During my recent stay at Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica, I encountered a mix of highs and lows. While the service was friendly and the accommodations were spacious and clean, I faced significant disappointment due to a lack of essential amenities for my family. Communication regarding needs prior to arrival didn't seem to translate into actual preparation, leading to a frustrating first impression.

I enjoyed the spacious and modern rooms with stunning views, but the service left a lot to be desired, with staff seeming unmotivated. The dining options were quite good, although some dishes didn't quite hit the mark. Overall, while it has some positive features, improvements in service would make it a much better experience.
